Pet and Equine Portraits require you to email me several head shots of your animal companion for me to work from. 

When I have completed any custom work, I shall email you pictures of it, to ensure you are happy with my work before I post it.

Returns Policy: 

I cannot accept returns on personalised/bespoke work. If when I email you pictures of it, for any reason you are unhappy with it, I shall try my utmost best to modify the work to your satisfaction.

Non-bespoke products may be returnable at my discretion. A full refund given, not including postage, after receipt of item in original condition.

Payment of orders through BACS preferred, but I can do Paypal if need be. Payment shall be required before I start any custom work.

All orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks. However, as most products are made to order please allow up to 4 weeks, as its also dependant on varnish drying time.

Packaged in recyclable materials, and posted by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (UK).

I shall retain Proof of Postage.
